Fumokinesis - Smogger can generate and manipulate smoke in many ways, absorb and merge with ambient smoke, and shape it into constructs. 

Smoke Transformation - His smoke can gain additional properties, such as sparks or toxic gases, which can be further enhanced depending on the type of smoke he absorbs. 

Flight - Due to being an amorphous gas, Smogger can fly at fair speeds.

Smoke Body - His gaseous nature makes him semi-intangible,capable of suffocating enemies, as well as effectively altering his size based on the amount of smoke he absorbs.

Vacuum Suction -  Due to being an amorphous gas, Smogger can easily be contained by suction-based devices like a vacuum.

Lack of Strength - He lacks significant physical strength and durability when not merged with large masses of smoke. As well as being vulnerable to strong winds. 

Extreme Temperatures -  Water or extreme temperatures can disperse or hinder his smoke form.
