Venom Secretion - Bloater naturally secretes a venomous mucus on his skin, so anybody who touches him will be instantly paralysed for a couple of minutes (depending on their strength).

Underwater Breathing - He is able to survive and adapt to underwater environments, being able to breathe on both water and land.

Enhanced Agility - Bloater can jump several meters with ease at an incredibly fast rate.

Venomous Tongue - His tongue can stretch at an incredibly fast rate, secreting the same venom as his skin.

Self Inflation - Bloater can intake a large amount of oxygen and inflate his body with air, making himself bigger and ball like, secreting more venom as he bloats.

Small Size - Bloater is only about 8 inches tall, so large opponents could pose a problem.

Non-Living Foes - Beings with no skin or biology are immune to Bloater’s venom.

Touch Difficulty - Bloater must be careful with his allies, as one touch can leave them motionless.
